These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and c8vip ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the c8vip website at c8vip.best, the mobile application, and all related services provided by c8vip.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only on the c8vip platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or devices — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your c8vip username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you personally, unless you have promptly reported to c8vip that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

• Do not share your account login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Log out at the end of every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact c8vip support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
• Keep your personal details — phone number, email address and banking information — up to date at all times to ensure smooth withdrawals and identity verification.

C8vip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict account access for investigation purposes where any activity is suspected to be in breach of these Terms, including fraudulent activity, money laundering or system manipulation.

All deposit transactions at c8vip are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). c8vip supports the following digital payment methods available to Malaysian players:

You are required to use only payment methods registered in your own name. Using another person's bank account or e-wallet to deposit into your c8vip account is strictly prohibited and may result in your account being frozen pending verification.

Withdrawal of winnings from c8vip is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your c8vip account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be approved. This involves submitting a valid copy of your MyKad.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 and 30 minutes for most methods. In exceptional circumstances, such as when additional verification is required, this may extend to up to 24 business hours.

All Sports Betting at c8vip — including pre-match, in-play, and parlay bets — is subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except through the Cash Out function where available, and only subject to that function being accessible at the relevant time.
• All odds are correct at the time a bet is placed. c8vip updates odds in real time and is not responsible for any odds discrepancy between the time of display and the time of confirmation due to the user's connection delay.
• Matches that are postponed or cancelled before half-time — for football or field sports — will generally result in bets being voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.

• Hacking attempts: Any attempt to access c8vip systems without authorisation, including penetration testing without prior written approval.

C8vip reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any member's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• The member is found to have provided false information during registration or verification.
• Activity suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member for responsible gambling management purposes.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting c8vip customer support. Any valid balance not subject to outstanding rollover requirements will be returned to the registered bank account or e-wallet within three (3) business days after the request has been fully processed.

C8vip provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, c8vip makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to:

• The accuracy or completeness of any odds, statistics, or market data displayed on the platform.
• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of using the platform, including legitimate betting losses.

C8vip shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if c8vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

C8vip's total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

C8vip reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the c8vip website with an updated revision date.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the c8vip platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
